Pepins operates under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and complies with the European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP) regulation. Our platform is built to offer secure, compliant, and transparent investment journeys for all stakeholders — from investors to companies and shareholders.
These tools form a full-cycle solution for any unlisted company looking to professionalize their investor relations and prepare for a future exit — whether through secondary trading, M&A, or IPO.
Pepins Sweden is under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Pepins is powered by its community. Each funding round is more than a transaction — it’s a vote of confidence from people who believe in the company’s vision. Through investor engagement tools, discussion forums, and regular updates, we ensure that our shareholders are not just passive financiers, but active participants in shaping each company’s journey.
The addition of Berentix means that our ecosystem now spans both investor networks and sales networks, creating a robust launchpad for pre-IPO companies to grow with speed and resilience.
There are risks associated with investing in unlisted growth companies. Many early-stage companies may fail, resulting in the total loss of your investment. These investments are often illiquid and may take years before they can be sold or otherwise liquidated. Invest only what you can afford to lose.
According to Section 2, Chapter 3 of the applicable Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to investments in financial instruments. Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies to investments made through Pepins.
Swedish law applies to both marketing regulations and contractual terms for all services and investments on the Pepins platform.
We’re building a global community of empowered investors and visionary entrepreneurs. With Pepins and Berentix, the future of private investing is more open, more dynamic, and more impactful than ever before.
Becoming a member of Pepins is free and takes no more than a minute.
