Richard Glimstedt brings extensive experience in commercial strategy, SaaS, and fintech leadership. As CEO of our Swedish operations, he leads business development, product innovation, and international growth. With a background at Trustly and EY, Richard combines deep industry knowledge with visionary leadership—positioning our platform at the forefront of smart technology and digital infrastructure.
Vidar Osen
Chief Executive Officer – Norway & Chairman of the Board
Vidar Osen is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of leadership across real estate, retail, and corporate finance. As CEO of our Norwegian operations and Chairman of the Board, he oversees governance, investment strategy, and long-term growth initiatives. With deep experience in M&A and board leadership across multiple Nordic companies, Vidar plays a central role in shaping Pepins' strategic direction, ensuring strong partnerships, and driving sustainable value creation across markets.
Emil Åkesson
Chief Operating Officer
Emil Åkesson is a results-oriented leader with 20 years of experience in scaling operations, international logistics, and organizational design. He has built global supply chains across four continents, raised over 1 billion SEK, and implemented AI-driven sales models that transformed business performance. At Pepins, Emil oversees day-to-day operations, structural scaling, and execution—ensuring that strategy turns into measurable results across all business units.
Helge Trettö Olsen
Board Member
Helge Trettö Olsen is a seasoned entrepreneur and public company executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across diverse industries in Norway. A self-taught founder, he has led ventures from concept to exit and taken a tech company public on Nasdaq Stockholm, where he now serves as CEO and board member. At Pepins, Helge contributes sharp strategic insight, deep governance expertise, and a pragmatic, market-focused approach—supporting founders in transforming long-term visions into scalable, sustainable growth.
Fredrik Kjällander
Board Member
Fredrik Kjällander holds an MSc in Business from Uppsala University and has over 25 years of experience in strategic management and finance for growth companies in Life Science and IT. He has served as CEO of listed companies and securities firms and was previously a spokesperson for Mensa. For the past six years, he has been the co-founder and CEO of a leading healthtech company specializing in algorithm-based health analysis. At Pepins, Fredrik brings strong financial acumen, innovation leadership, and a focus on scaling tech-enabled ventures.

With over 20 years of experience in software development and system design, Harry B. leads the technical vision behind Pepins’ digital ecosystem. He has successfully delivered more than 300 projects, specializing in secure, scalable banking systems. At Pepins, Harry B. ensures every platform component is built for performance, reliability, and future-ready integration.

As Pepins broadens its impact, it does so with the operational and sales leadership of Berentix — a dynamic sales and investor engagement infrastructure focused on delivering pre-IPO investment opportunities across multiple sectors.
